Consider it pure joy…

1. Death reminds us that this is not our home.
2. Death gives us a healthy hate for this life.
3. Death causes us to yearn for the next life.
4. Death reminds us how precious life is.
5. Death sharpens our focus to what’s really important.
6. Death encourages us to love fully.
7. Death encourages us to press into God.
8. Death reminds us there’s a cost to our sin.
9. Death gives us a taste of God’s pain.
10. Death reminds us how great God’s love is for us.

The church has two missions: go and teach.  Jesus called us to make a difference in our local community.
